With me, every renovation is planned and overseen personally, whether I’m doing the work myself or bringing in trusted specialists for certain parts.
I renovate apartments in older blocks, new-build properties and holiday lets in Burgas, Pomorie, Nessebar, Sunny Beach and Sozopol. For rental apartments I schedule the work outside the season so everything is ready before the first guests – and owners abroad get regular photo updates.

Can you renovate while I’m abroad?
Yes. We communicate in English by phone, WhatsApp and email, and I send photo updates as the work progresses.
